Login access: Individual user name and password provided to all users - the school management, teachers/administrators, parents and students.

Hardware & Network infrastructure: A web server with leased line internet connectivity and all the required installation and automation. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled to upload the data in real time by teachers and administrators, using computers, PDAs or Mobile phones. The latest network security solutions are provided and updated regularly.

Training: Training and seminars are organised, in the institution, to orient the users of the solution at various levels. eSquareworld staff in will ensure that the system is live and active. Printed user manuals will be used for reference and training.

Maintenance: A dedicated, full time eSquareworld administrator will provides onsite or online technical support to the school and manage and maintain every installation.
